Very disrespectful people and I want to said I bought something from river island amount £20 iam back to there i change size it is very normal and i change for something else they give to me back money because they did sale and but this place really zero stars on this time I live in uk I didn’t see people like them disrespectful and very rude people and fake stuff

After trying several shops unsuccessfully to get some new jeans. We called in here on a recommended from a freind. Jeans fit perfectly, length, waist, and legs not to tight lol. Prices brilliant, service very helpful and cheerful will go again
Had to come here after ages and still got a lot of variety and good brands available got a few things that were needed for a family present.And will come back so yh guys come and check them out a good place in Bradford and have been here a long while Thx
Terrible online service. Takes ages for them to respond and have been waiting for a refund. Don’t even know if I will get the refund! Not happy.
Voted 3 stars. .. it's a decent shop with and array of stuff for people with different budgets . Must say however some of the stuff is over priced for what it is. You have to go and take time to look abt the shop
Absolutely fantastic store to get exactly what you need at a very competitive price! Clothes are very high quality and fit well, customer service is above board and very helpful! Definitely worth a trip!
Clothes and shoes were of very good quality and got them all for a Bargain price, Staff was also very helpful but you got to be patient with them as you might have to wait for a while before you get assistance at busy times...recommended
Ordered a pair of cherry red Doc Martens on-line and paid the extra £6.99 to have these delivered next day. Received email to say order had been received and paid for. Really pleased as I needed these boots in a hurry. Got to 1pm the next day and still no boots, so decided to call the supplier to see where order was. Didn't get through for an hour, so sent an email, no reply. Eventually got through to someone who told me that the order had been cancelled and the money refunded to my Paypal account as they did not have the boots in stock. I did not receive any email to tell me this and when the man I spoke to checked his records, he told me that "the other person dealing with it put the wrong email address". So cross at this terrible customer service. Now I have three hours to find a pair of cherry red DM's before event tomorrow. I'm sure it is a one off on their part, however I'm just so cross and I don't want anyone else to get caught out the way I have.
