I was inthe store on friday the 5/06/25 and after doing my small shopping i went to pay only to be told its card only. I replied there isnt a cash register on the ground floor and the girl replied no. I was told it was upstairs at the end of the shop. At 76 yrs old i felt it was to much for me. Put my shopping down and left. I believe it would even put younger people off and they would leave also.
Customer service shocking. Tried to swap birthday present. Unused with primark tags on for a bigger size. Refused because no receipt. Wouldn't have been hard to swap it. Won't be back.
I went into the Irvine branch this morning 3/6/2025 for a few items of clothing for the summer. I went to pay & was met by a staff member who informed me at the barrier. Card only as I looked up I saw 12 self service check outs. I dropped my basket & left. I'll take my cash elsewhere.
Lovely staff and up to date trending clothing. New shop lay out
Bright and airy shop, follows the layout of most of this chain. Makes it easy to find what you are searching for. The prices in the main are quite low an gives good quality clothing.
