Tried to RETURN ITEM OUTWITH 28 DAYS WITH TAGS still attached & receipt to be told by MANAGER CONNOR non refundable cos OUTWITH 28days & abruptly walked away with young assistant grinning from ear to ear. Tills can be overturned to allow the item to be refundable. PRIMARK SHOULD HAVE THERE TILL SYSTEMS UPDATED AS BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE POLICY.
Visited the men's Department. Looking for straight bottomed jogging pants. Most of the trousers and all of the jogging bottoms were elasticated bottoms. Think the buyers have no imagination or originality.
Great shop,everything spaced out, plenty of selections for everyone. Defenetly worth a visit. Items are reasonably priced.

Prices are ok as you would expect, staff helpful and friendly. The only prob we had in the store was that some of the aisles were too narrow for wheelchair access

One of the better stores but for some reason always only seem to have stuff in size small, and medium. Extra large is just a concept in this store. Staff usually friendly enough though.
Reasonable shop for skinny people but don't consider extra extra large people
