As I suggest its a low budget friendly shop to buy your liking, but when it comes to customer service they won’t even know if it’s available after all and at the till as well felt they only treating the people who bought things more than a particular amount very friendly and mannerly. So bad after all
Went to this store a few days ago, don't get me wrong myself and my fiancé managed to get a few bargains. However, whilst we were getting ready to pay for our items another customer collapsed and had a seizure, the staff were extremely unprofessional in the way they dealt with the situation. They looked totally confused as to what to do, and waited a few minutes to even call their so called "trained first aider." They also carried on serving people at the checkouts where it happened, they gave no dignity to the customer, and didn't even call an ambulance!
My mum brought me some bits from Primark for Xmas but always seems to forget that I am slimfrank and buys stuff in Large lol. Naturally went to exchange sizes and they said no changes without a receipt. This stuff was all unopened within its original packaging. My mum's even smaller than I so what do they want us to do? Reputable retailers would only have needed a scan of the barcode to have worked it all out. I don't shop in Primark as it's very low quality so it's good for a season or 2 tops and bin. On the plus this stuff will end up donated to a homeless charity so a large male on hard times will get clean unwore clothes
The service l received from Leah was beyond amazing she is an absolutely credit to the store. I was in store previously and got to the till and realised l left my bank card home and at that time Leah had served me she was calm and very very friendly and understanding of the situation. The next day l came back and got side tracked by the sale ended up buying way more than l came in there to get and got to the till and yet again bumped into Leah. As I hadn't anticipated to buy anything else but 2 shirts for work l didn't realise l had gone over the amount on my account at the time and the only way l could've purchased everything was to move money from one account to the other but my phone had died. Leah again was warm,kind and very patient directed me to an area just to the left of the tills that had a couch and USB socket to charge my phone. She made me feel at ease assured me l wasn't the first person who had experienced this and was absolutely a breath of fresh air because she also waited for me to charge and get back to her. If we could have more people like this in retail shopping experiences would be so enjoyable. So if you ever run our of battery in Primark Chatham go to the top floor right next to the tills in the homeware section and quickly charge up your phone. Leah is an absolute amazing asset to the store and she needs to be recognised highly
Good prices. Good selection and although lines were long they were constantly moving down.
You can find really cheap clothes in this shop and with reasonable quality, even cheaper if they are on sale and really like the shop. Sometimes the quality of the clothes are not as good but you have to sift through them to find what you really like.
The best Primark I've been to by far. Lovely and helpful staff with a great range of clothing and products and a nice overall store layout.
