It’s primark a very budget friendly clothes shop. Kids and baby clothes are very cheap. Adult clothes are good and cheap but the sizes can be way of. So I would definitely recommend trying on clothes before you buy them.nThe men’s jeans especially the sizes vary massively from one pair to the next.
First time going to store nicely laid out some nice bits in there reasonably priced. Got what i wanted just want to say thank you to young girl on till Ruby. Had lovely chat and she was so professional in her work. Lovely customer service . Thank you
The service l received from Leah was beyond amazing she is an absolutely credit to the store. I was in store previously and got to the till and realised l left my bank card home and at that time Leah had served me she was calm and very very friendly and understanding of the situation. The next day l came back and got side tracked by the sale ended up buying way more than l came in there to get and got to the till and yet again bumped into Leah. As I hadn't anticipated to buy anything else but 2 shirts for work l didn't realise l had gone over the amount on my account at the time and the only way l could've purchased everything was to move money from one account to the other but my phone had died. Leah again was warm,kind and very patient directed me to an area just to the left of the tills that had a couch and USB socket to charge my phone. She made me feel at ease assured me l wasn't the first person who had experienced this and was absolutely a breath of fresh air because she also waited for me to charge and get back to her. If we could have more people like this in retail shopping experiences would be so enjoyable. So if you ever run our of battery in Primark Chatham go to the top floor right next to the tills in the homeware section and quickly charge up your phone. Leah is an absolute amazing asset to the store and she needs to be recognised highly
You can find really cheap clothes in this shop and with reasonable quality, even cheaper if they are on sale and really like the shop.nSometimes the quality of the clothes are not as good but you have to sift through them to find what you really like.
Nothing at all wrong with the Primark itself but the staff at the checkout today made me feel really small. The card machine was very slow and the gentleman told me they’ve been having issues all day. My card declined for contactless payment so I inserted it, declined again. I tried a different card, declined. My mum tried her card, declined. Clearly this was a problem with her system, all of the card we tried have more than enough money on them. The gentleman called the manager over and all she had to say was that she’ll hold our items for a while and we can go and get some cash out. No apology whatsoever, no offer to maybe try another till. Just overall really unhelpful and made me feel as though it was my fault.
