so today i went into primark. i am a teenager who just wanted to go in and look at the makeup section. of course i left the shop and the security guard followed me out. accused me of stealing asked where the item was? i emptied my bag to prove i hadn’t taken anything. he still didn’t believe me and i physically showed him where i placed the item after walking back into the shop. he apologised but i do not appreciate being accused of stealing at all. the other security guard was eyeing me the whole time i was in the shop and had followed me until i left.
You can find really cheap clothes in this shop and with reasonable quality, even cheaper if they are on sale and really like the shop.nSometimes the quality of the clothes are not as good but you have to sift through them to find what you really like.
The service l received from Leah was beyond amazing she is an absolutely credit to the store. I was in store previously and got to the till and realised l left my bank card home and at that time Leah had served me she was calm and very very friendly and understanding of the situation. The next day l came back and got side tracked by the sale ended up buying way more than l came in there to get and got to the till and yet again bumped into Leah. As I hadn't anticipated to buy anything else but 2 shirts for work l didn't realise l had gone over the amount on my account at the time and the only way l could've purchased everything was to move money from one account to the other but my phone had died. Leah again was warm,kind and very patient directed me to an area just to the left of the tills that had a couch and USB socket to charge my phone. She made me feel at ease assured me l wasn't the first person who had experienced this and was absolutely a breath of fresh air because she also waited for me to charge and get back to her. If we could have more people like this in retail shopping experiences would be so enjoyable. So if you ever run our of battery in Primark Chatham go to the top floor right next to the tills in the homeware section and quickly charge up your phone. Leah is an absolute amazing asset to the store and she needs to be recognised highly
We all love a primark because the prices are affordable, but everything I have bought from here don't always seems to last me very long.nnI've bought plenty of clothes and shoes over the years and the amount of returns I've had to do because things do fall apart.nnI miss the old primark clothing as they seem alot better before than they are now. Sadly nnAbsolutely hate you in queuing in primark as its very stuffy and hot, you might end up waiting to be served for anywhere upto an hour sometimes and have all these tills but only have maybe 2 open at times and maybe even more on other times but the staff are very helpful and I think alot of them are very chatty but you watch from the line little chats turn into minute long conversations and no one has the time for that..
Very big store loads of stocknnGets exceptionally busy so be prepared for a queue as the 1st floor tills are often shut when I've been here .nnWatch out for renegade teenagers mucking about to which the staff mostly ignore.nnIt's a Primark........needs must aye
