Excellent service allowed time to try on as many dresses as I liked. Made to feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend

Really disliked my experience here. Unfortunately I look younger than I am, but that does not mean I am not a genuine bride looking for a dress. They dismissed me and was rude, even though I had an appointment, gave me 5 minutes to look at the dresses (and not touch them I might add) and when I tried to talk to them about what I was looking for they instantly stated for me to not bother because my dress type would go out of fashion, even though I pointed out it was a dream dress type that I had been wanting since I was a little girl. They then said I shouldn't even be looking at dresses because the booking for the reception was not final. Was a shame the service was so bad because some of the dresses looked okay (from what I could see anyway). Will not be recommending this store to my girls or anyone, and took my business else where.
