Great place to shop. Varieties of products at affordable prices. Very big shop, always busy, there are lots of security especially in the evenings and weekends.nFriendly, welcoming, polite and helpful staff. Functional lifts. You can buy all your wears in one go.

All the usual clothes with plenty of choice. We managed to pick up some bargains for my partner when needed T shirts and a cream bag for me. Unfortunately we were unable to find any suitable shorts for him and cropped trousers for me!nIt's all wheelchair accessible with lifts to enable you to reach the upper floor.

I used click and collect at this store for the first time. The pick up point was very easy to find. I wasn't kept waiting very long to collect my items. The only issue I have is the bags they give you don't hold up very well, mine snapped on the way back to the car and I had to use a spare carrier bag I had on me. I will be definitely using click and collect more for future purposes

Nice polite and very helpful staff as my misses wanted a certain dress and look but couldn't find what she was looking for so I asked one of the staff on the floor and despite her doing something else she was more then happy to help , she found just what we where trying to find so smiles all round .

Not gift cards and I left the shopnBut as I was leaving I hear her say “they don’t read or properly” I said I do read it properly, I can you, you know!nTook my custom elsewhere for the purchases today on Tuesday 21st AprilnI didn’t come in for a confrontationnI came in to shopnThe only miscommunication was on her partnNot been in the hull store for years and this was the outcome because things didn’t go her and she wasn’t listening anyway but make sure I don’t hear her disrespecting my name before I’ve left the shop !!!!nnI spent my money elsewhere !nPeacocks and was a much better service and was really helpfulnUnlike the assistant on your tills and the other assistant started joining innI wasn’t speaking to hernShe didn’t need to intervene because the one who serving me wasn’t listening !!!!nnSort it out!!
