Myself, my younger sister and my boyfriend visited July 24th. My sister, who is 12, accidentally dropped and smashed a revolution blush. She picked up the blush and after I comforted her, she carried on browsing. She had the blush in her hand. She was very anxious and embarrassed, as I'm sure any one would be. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted an employee watching us. I believe she was the manager. I smiled and didn't really take any notice, I just figured she was looking at what had happened. As me and my sister went to the next aisle to look at more products, the women followed us. I still didn't take much notice but my sister began to panic. I tried to convince her we weren't being watched so I suggested we go to another aisle and see if the lady follows us. She did!! At this point, I was angry. My sister started panicking and wanted me to pay for the broken blush because she was scared she would be shouted at. I even said aloud 'she is not following us, they know you'll pay. You don't need to worry.' I hoped the manager would get the picture that my sister was distressed and would maybe back off. We walked over to the till (still being followed) and there were two young girls on the tills, so my sister felt at ease because she wouldn't have to face the manager. I was paying for my things and my sister walked up to pay. The manager whispered in checkout girls ear and then the girl left. My little sister had to give money to the women who had followed her. As soon as we left the shop, my sister began to cry. She is 12!!! We were made to feel like thiefs in this Superdrug. We would never walk out of a shop without paying for an item, regardless of its condition. I am appalled at the managers behaviour and I will not be returning. I am seventeen and even I felt uncomfortable in this shop. I've also urged my friends not to.

Okay and pretty much what you would expect from superdrug. We actually went to the pound shop next door before visiting Superdrug and a lot of items are cheaper in here! Friendly staff, good prices.
