Really awful. When we first moved in they left my family without any washing facilities for an entire month. When I eventually put in a complaint they showed up same day with a brand new shower. Currently waiting for them to get back in touch with me over another repair from last month. Rang them yesterday they actually forgot and are going to "ring me back" and now some monkey has painted my tumble dryer vent shut and ripped it out of the wall. 
Do yourself a favour and go with Magenta. 
They are miles ahead of this.
Plus they have new kitchens, bathrooms and boilers! C:

Leasowe community homes the staff in there are not helpful at all I went in there yesterday to speak to a lovely gentleman called dave and there said I wasn't aloud to see him so I have reported it to someone and and there told me to phone up on Monday for an appointment with dave on Tuesday and if there say no to me again there going a letter of the person I reported them to and I will make a complaint to the LCH there have know right talking to people like that I only one that's nice and kind and lovely in there is dave and I can talk to him again

Useless, don't get calls back when they say, I'm paying too much rent and I wanted it sorting, other way around it would be getting none stop calls, knocks and letters!
