Appalling rude unprofessional.  Booked in for treatments for 4 of us   Missed out treatments we had booked in   Told us we had turned up to eArly so had to wait in bar myself knowing that I booked for 10 she said it was 11.  Walked out because of her attitude.  Would never recommend the roffen even to my enemies
