Nicely surprised. Wasn't expecting much from an Italian chain restaurant, however it was an enjoyable evening. 8 different people including a couple of children, all asked to tweak their choice of food, every meal delivered correct. It was busy and we did not have to wait too long for any dish, and they all came out together. The manager was even kind enough to help out with a discrepancy over a voucher, our fault, but still he accepted it. Food was hot and tasty, I will return.

Reasonable value Italian Restaurant. Recently refurbished, after a fire, the interior is modern. No table cloths, but service is generally good. Worth signing up for their emails as they frequently have offers. Parking is limited, and a bit tight at times. Overall a pleasant place to eat.

There's two male manager's that works there great customer service. Food is delicious but not happy with other manager female doesn't know much about the menu I ordered the same meal I always have. And i was advise that they don't serve that particular dish anymore. when how is that when it was served to me two days ago. I went back next day complained to another manager as they apologize as it was my birthday and said they do serve that dish. I mentioned to them that I really don't have time to only come in when only to male manager's are on shift to finally get the right meal.
