Decided on Prezzo for our evening meal very attentive staff without being overbearing. They dealt with my dislike of cheese and made me a calzone without cheese it was very tasty. The rest of the food was also really good. The king prawn starter, pizza main, mozzarella bites and garlic bread all cooked fresh and really tasty.
Booked a table for dinner during a week’s walking holiday in the area. The chap that met us at the door was rather “curt” but got us seated on a table near the bar. Two other tables near us received new diners after us but for some reason they both got attention before us and it was only after I pointed this out that someone came and took our order. The food was nice but let down by poor service.
Every time I go to Prezzo I get a Lasagne and the waitresses always remind me that the bowl will be hot which to be honest most of the time it is fresh out the oven and still bubbling. At least I know my food is hot and fresh. On my last visit I had Katie as my waitress she was very polite, she would always say thank you and ask us how our food was. She helped me apply my taste card discount at the end of the meal as well and just made the whole dinner a great experience. Thank you Katie!
We went for lunch at 12.30 on Tuesday 22/11. It was quiet probably because there are works on the bridge outside. We had a table with a view of the river and the sun shone on us which was vert pleasent. Our waitress was Shannon and she just made our visit a absolute pleasure. She was friendly and efficient without encroaching on our space. We have a taste card and are the garlic bread starters, lasagna mains with a side of chips and salad to share between us. It was all good quality tasty food. I recommend Prezzo in Weymouth. Parking: We found start parking near by but it is only for 1 hour. There are car parks within easy walking distance.
Lovely lunch - had not reserved but was made welcome and found a table. Staff were very busy- but cheerful and ran the restaurant smoothly and efficiently. Food hot and tasty.Food: 4/5
Nice location, good view of the harbour from certain tables. Food is good, price is reasonable. I'd go back again. Ask for a table away from the front door if you aren't keen on a cold draught during your dining experience. A common problem with many restaurants. Remember, if the staff are comfortable the customers are cold. If the staff are hot the customers are comfortable.
Had a great valentines 3 course meal with friends! Mike who served us throughout was fantastic, attentive, friendly and funny, he definitely got our sense of humour and made our night so much better ! Food was quick and delicious, great portion sizes and very tasty ! Will definitely be back even just for Mike
Food was overpriced, cold on delivery and tasted poor. We ordered two pizzas and the fried mozzarella. Pizza was almost flavourless and surprisingly chewy. The mozzarella was lacking promised sauce and tasted strange. Would not recommend.
Really good atmosphere and a friendly team. Even on a Wednesday it was fairly busy buy very efficient. A special mention to Mike and Johnny who were very uobeat and hospitable. They clearly love their job.
Food was great .. Service was superb as staff were courteous and friendly ..
