We visited recently the Hitchin restaurant 6/1/17 and I have to say the service wasn't friendly, the waiters and waitress lacked any charisma, charm or manners. At 2230 we noticed the staff where turning the restaurant lights off and we were still eating, the back door was held open and it was freezing, they couldn't have made it more obvious that they wanted us to leave. And yes, the toilets are freezing!! On a positive note however the food was lovely! But no I won't be returning.

Not so good.. Though that it's a place with delicious food... But instead of eating Italian pizza I ended up with some cheap pizza

Service was good but restaurant was quiet. Food was good but alittle over priced wouldnt pay that price without taste card restaurant was very clean and stylise

Went for my daughters birthday and the food was excellent. Restaurant and kitchen seemed well run. The staff were borderline rude and not very welcoming and the service was slow. Did not receive good customer service and doubt I would eat there again.

Service was slow.... Staff were however polite although just getting a fresh jug of water took about 20 minutes. Spaghetti carbonara was a little bland.
