Appalling service, they lied repeatedly and said our food had been delivered when it hadn't been at all. But they claimed their driver told them he'd delivered it so they were believing him. Even though he told them he'd delivered to the 4th floor and we're on the 1st she wasn't interested. The foul rude obnoxious thing of female persuasion on the other end of the phone should quite frankly be sent immediately on an extensive customer care course. She hung up on my son and me all because our order not arriving at all was clearly too much hassle for her. I demanded a refund which she wanted to argue about before putting the phone down on me. Seriously don't waste your time or money at this palce. Go elsewhere and get a decent service and actually receive your order.i won't let it drop, I'll get a refund.

Amazing some of the poor reviews. This is the first time I have had a meal from here and it was lovely. Very polite young lady gave me 6 soft ribs in honey sauce, followed by about 12 pieces of chicken in a thick plum sauce. Tasted great and I will return.

Food arrived cold! Rang and got nowhere with the woman on the phone. All she would say is that we could have 20% off next time... So instead of paying £25 for cold food we will pay £20 for cold food! Then she made the excuse that 10 minutes is too far for the food to travel and stay warm. Don't make the same mistake as me and avoid them. Would have given them a second chance if they would listen but the fact that they didn't care for our opinions as long as they got our money.

Ordered over the Just Eat app at about 6:30, was told it would be delivered by 7:30, at 8:00 I rung up and asked where it was to be told it was already on its way (I live in Stevenage, it takes no longer than 20 minutes from Hitchin to Stevenage at that time of night). Then at 8:30 I tried to ring again as well as my partner and the line wouldn't work at all, went on the Just Eat app and they had changed their availability to closed all of a sudden. At 8:50 our food arrived, still hot- so they had blatantly lied to me over the phone about it being on its way. Food was okay, nothing to write home about, it is very overpriced for the quality or lack of, and everything was covered in oil! The bag that had our things in was literally dripping in oil. Due to the poor service and lack of apology for taking over 2 hours, we will not be ordering from here again.
