Lovely place. Large sitting area. Very busy but lots of people working at till. I think staff gets tired that's why unable to give 100%. Over all very good enviroment and right in the heart of Bicester Village.
I love Pret. Not the one at Bicester Village! The food is more expensive than other prets. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. They continually get orders wrong and over charge for items. I have been given dairy milk on a number of occasions when I have asked for Oat. When I have returned the drink, they have refused to make me a new one with the correct oat milk. The Very Berry Croissant yesterday was undercooked and raw.
Only branded coffee shop in bechester village it's kind of a restaurant. There isn't much choice for food in the area, so pret is the only option and its very busy , large seating area. It's always a long queue to pay the bills for food.
Staff are nice and polite however this place is just extremely busy
Pret always deliver its coffee ! This particular outlet has a large internal seating space. Perfect for a break before shopping again.
Nice cozy place... Place to halt and take a swift breath in the busy laid Blister Village... all good... reasonable price... Welcoming customer service even in the busy queue..... Overall value for money ...Food: 5/5
Last time I visited with my family, it was too crowded. We decided to dine in coz raining outside. Finally we waited for the table for about 10 mins. The seat was not perfect for toddler children because it was designed over-high. Anyways, the food was good. I liked the smoked salmon sandwich, everything inside just tasted balanced.Food: 4/5
11am Monday 16th Jan. The food was nice but it was so cold in the building that eating in was a pretty miserable experience. At those prices perhaps a few heaters furthest from the open double doors could have been used 2 degrees outside and v windy.
Stopped by for lunch and everything was really clean, purchase was quick and easy, managed to find a table with the dog. It was busy but people were in and out pretty quickly. Food was good quality as you'd expect from Pret.Food: 5/5
Just had such a lovely experience here, the coffee was really quick and tasted great, the food was super fresh and the staff were lovely too. They’ve clearly worked out a great system for such a high volume place and it all ran very smoothly
