On one visit I cannot fault them, hot chocolate was lovely and hot, was able to melt my marshmallows, on my second visit hot chocolate not as hot was able to drink straight away, they had no marshmallows left, so I was unable to test the melting in the hot chocolate
Love Costas coffee,covid measures very gd too,only downside one of assistants was very miserable,very unusual for costas,used to lovely cheerful young people wherever we have been before.
Clean friendly coffee shop, well spaced out for covid restrictions
