I always have a lovely experience here, staff are so friendly, especially Wailun! Had a lovely chat this morning about the new Christmas menu and he kindly gave me the new Cinnamon Crown to try - it's delicious!Food: 5/5
In walk through Media City most days and often stop here to meet my neighbours for a coffee. Pret is very popular in the mornings and there is often a long queue however the staff are very friendly and efficient so I never have to wait long. There is seating inside and outside with beautiful views of the park and canal. There is a tram stop nearby also and the very pretty Blue Peter Garden. There is a monthly subscription you can get where you pay a fee and can have several coffees every day but i haven’t fully explored that. Might be worth looking in to if you’re a regular. Thanks for reading

Excellent healthy food options, the salads are fresh and invigorating. Coffee and all other drinks I’ve tried have been crafted with quality ingredients and care. The customer service is rather abrupt and impersonal. I think this is down to how busy they are and want to get customers in and out, which is a bit of a shame.
I went to pick up a too good to go order and the staff were incredibly rude. The woman behind the counter only asked me why I was there after I explained a few times, and snapped that there was only three bags available. I will never go back.Food: 3/5

At a certain age when toilets are important called in asked about toilets was welcomed by George who gave me directions to them i then ordered my drink which was ready for me . I noticed that the staff was tidying up all the time whilst two people serving all the time. Cannot fault the place for being clean and tidy . I asked George for his name .
