Nice selection of good looking cakes and snacks. Staff behind the counters do the best they can to be helpful and friendly. Most tables have nice comfortable chairs and there are some tables set up by the windows looking over towards the theatre which is a great place to people watch.

Nice pleasant coffee shop. Offers a good quality alternative to the big 3 Costa, Starbucks and Nero. Would have given 5 stars but the woman serving was miserable and grumpy.

Nice little coffee shop in the Lowry Outlet Mall, same floor as the major fast food chains but at the opposite end of the mall. Comfortable inside with tables outside too, some overlooking the Lowry Theatre. Reasonable prices too which I was surprised at and will be going back next time we are around Media City without a doubt.

Coffee is nice, food not so much and doesn't feel fresh. The view is great and seating area is comfortable. I tend to eat here when I visit the Quays only for the view. Staff are ok.

Good coffee at a reasonable price

Cashier was a bit unfriendly and hard to understand.

Nice little coffee shop. Toasted sandwiches are defrosted that morning I believe as the quality of the bread is terrible. Slightly over priced for a rip off version of Costa. However great open space for mums with kids. Needs more attention to detail though as floors are dirty and tables Needing a wipe at 11am. Good view of the Lowry.

I ordered an Oreo milkshake as it was advertised as “thick” The milkshake was as thick as cling film It was nice but not what I expected
