We found Prestons today when returning to Derby from Ashbourne. The coffee shop was perfect. Great spacious seating area showing lots of goods available to purchase from the furniture and accessories shop next door which is John Prestons.nThe coffee was delicious, good to find a shop that offers skinny lattes as well as full fat. The almond croissant was to die for! Spoke to three youngish members of staff who were all lovely and knew about their coffee and cakes. They served us with a smile and made us feel very welcome.nThe furniture shop was equally as fabulous. Didn't buy anything today but will certainly be back very shortly!!
I had no idea this place existed, but it's a real winner. Beautiful decor, great tasting coffee, and a price that was very reasonable. All in all a really lovely experience. I just hope it thrives and can find it's place in the market. There are a lot of newly built houses nearby so cross fingers!
