Genuinely the worst interaction when trying to register and book with this practise. Desk lady responded with the most horrible and unreliable response which undermined made me feel horrible even after waking up with a sickness. Horrible Service and Disrespectful at the most. Call ended when she started laughing at me, mocking me.
The GPs here, particularly Dr Kapasi, take time to listen to your problem and then take a holistic approach to treating the underlying issue rather than symptom management.nnMore GPs should take this approach rather than being dismissive or fobbing you off with antibiotics. I rate this practice as better than others in the area which I've tried.
This practice is easily the best that I've had the privilege to be a patient of. I have multiple issues with my health and on each occasion, from speaking with reception staff on to the Doctors I feel that on each occasion my positive experiences have not wavered. Working in a practice environment must be challenging at the best of times, but all the staff deliver consistent excellent service. Well done.
I greatly appreciate the service I receive from the practise. Throughout covid I have been able to get appointments either by phone or in person. It has always been a very good practise and service is normally with a smile. I would like to mention in particular Dr Small who will be leaving this month. She will be sorely missed by myself as she has been my go to doctor for a number of years.
The support of not only the nurses and doctors but the dedication of the reception staff and kindness when they answer your calls are remarkable. Efficiency and effectiveness, sheer support to all. I feel blessed to have these wonderful people looking after my family, especially when we are having a difficult time thank you
