Fantastic service and value for money, also came and collected my car and dropped it off, I haven’t used for a couple of years due to moving but now I know they do delivery service I’ll definitely be back soon. Had the car three days and despite me telling them three times about some work that was needed, they forgot to do it. They also failed to stamp the service book. Very sloppy in my opinion so can only give them 2 stars I'm afraid.

STAY AWAY!!!Had two brand new injectors fitted by these car came out worse than it went in. Had a second opinion carried out they cracked an injector line not fitted the turbo hose correctly and the two new injectors fitted were faulty still no refund having to do a section 75 of the consumer act and will be taking them to small claims court I spent £1047 with these to cause more damage and fit two faulty injectors.
My father has been here 3 times before and again helped him out, would highly recommend this garage!
Had an emergency today tyre issue and needed the car for a long drive south tomorrow. At really short notice the guys at German Prestige really went out of their way to get this sorted. Fantastic service will definitely be using them again!Service: Tires
I live in Northumberland - so it's not exactly on my doorstep - but I'm prepared to make the journey as they are an excellent garage. Very honest and trustworthy, which is the key for me.
