Great service! Spectacular Cleaning and in a quick time too! I though my suit was not recoverable.. ...Two severe stains on either shoulder and Prestige Dry Cleaners not only restored the suit to perfect condition but, also restore my faith in Quality service!!! Outstanding!!! I would Happily recommend their services to anyone..I promise, you will struggle to be disappointed :-)

If i could give this company minus stars I would. I was told that my damaged £200 dress (was fine before) was not his responsibility (traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the dyes were loose. I talked to others regarding this and I was told this can't be true, as clearly the dress wasn't dry cleaned in a mesh bag (per label instructions). I was offered one free item of dry cleaning as compensation, this isn't good enough! Very dismissive and expensive and now i have a ruined dress.

I have used Prestige Dry Cleaners for a long time and the service has always been excellent with a quick turnaround time. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Service itself was good I. E product was clean. But the man is very dodgy with the pricing he charges discretely if you are not mindful.
