I paid £13 for a foam wash, I came home and finished around the windows, wheel arches and boot myself, I pointed the areas out and was told I'd have to pay for a polish to get the marks off! they knocked my wing mirror cover off and scratched it, this is the 3rd time I've come away thinking 'Is this because I'm a woman!?! Because they seem to do a good job on my husbands car!!'
You should update the schedule so that customers don't drive here to find it closed. It's the 3rd time when it happens to come here during the normal hours and it's closed

Good service, happy with the Mini Valet. Fair price
This is an excellent car wash, the staff always pay good attention to the job in hand and the results are great. The only downside is the length of time you have to wait on weekends due to the queues. A victim of their own success I suppose.
Had my car valeted cost £40 got home noticed some residue on the inside of the passenger window which could obscure vision tried to remove it with window cleaner no good went back to them I only live around the corner the guy told me it was because I have tinting but I have tinting on all windows one of his people put something there that shouldn't and he just talked a load of c××p to put me off be very careful if anything goes wrong I would recommend you inspect very carefully before you pay and leave.
