Sorry we are closed after all the security checks. Please call back any time on a weekday between 8am and 10pm. How can you sort out if you can not talk to someone. It is 11.30 am Monday 29th January not a bank holiday. And I get 20 pound default charge can we not counter charge for our time. If only. Laws protect the rich.

One is not aware that DD payments will be dealt with by this shadowy company. They provide no information about the provider or product. Giving the name of the company they have an arrangement is useless as many have many different aliases depending on product. In future I will find out if DD is handled by Premium Credit and either pay a annually, or find a different provider. And don't bother replying with a stock and flabby response.

I only wish I'd read these reviews before agreeing to use this company again. Never ever again! Get ready for the 'cut and paste' response...

Completely and utterly useless. Trying to phone is impossible since you can only speak to an automated system. No way to talk to an actual person. They changed my payment date at the end of my agreement so messed up my budgets and didn't think to tell me. I tried to phone and still can't talk to someone about it! Avoid these people.

One of the worst financial companies I've come across. They deal with my stuff from Motorcycle Direct and it is terrible. Absolute shambles. They are so difficult to get through to, every single option you press leads to some annoying robot saying "goodbye". When you do get through to them they sound like the dreariest bunch of depressed people ever. Honestly. They sound like they hate their job whoever you talk to. Worst customer service ever, I came off the call and felt like I wanted to kill myself. Not helpful at all. They are apparantly a financial company but they can't cancel a direct debit hahahahaha. The most basic of procedures. My 7 year old could cancel a DD.
