Asked for a pension statement and various other requests on 13 April, received a letter answering most questions on 30 May - but not pension statement and annual fees. Phoned on 5 June and promised a call back in 48 hours - so allowing time to investigate. No response Phoned on morning of 13 June to chase and the manager I spoke to promised a call back the same day - as she was on my side, my voice and representation. No call received, perhaps this review will shame you into contacting me?
