Just returned from a one night stay here and couldn't fault it at all. Becky was great on check in, busy, but still greeted me with a smile and great conversation. Lovely clean, spacious room with a sea view which was perfect. Breakfast busy but all food was hot and cooked well.Rooms: 5/5
Excellent location. Sea front. Can hear the sea at night. The room was clean and tidy. Has a working temperature thermostat. The bed is comfortable. Slept well. The restaurant is nice and the staff are very goodRooms: 5/5
Excellent location and we had a sea view room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful about parking. Breakfast was delicious and we will certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay Rooms: Slightly aged but clean and comfortable. Safety: Nice safe rear parking and cheap for guests. Walkability: Right on the seafront with easy access to the town centre shopping. Food & drinks: Delicious breakfast Noteworthy details: Staff are amazing and very helpful and polite.
It was a lovely quiet room. Comfortable bed an loads of room in the bedroom. Could do with extra hangers for clothes. The downside is that we had a view of the carpark. Otherwise no complaints. Walkability: Not far to walk to the local pub an shops on the seafront too.nice views. Food & drinks: Breakfast was lovely alot of choice.
Service pretty poor! Not the staffs fault I would say LACK of staff, training and supervision is the issue! Very friendly young girl greeted us into the restaurant for breakfast, then it goes downhill! First of all no Juice available had to ask for refill, then no mugs available for the coffee machine! Get to the breakfast bar, no bacon available and no scrambled egg. Also paid for a premier plus room and got in the shower to find the shampoo/body wash was completely empty!!!! Have stayed many many times with premier inn and is definitely one of my favourite hotel chains but silly mistakes and lack of staffing are starting to let it down.
Had a few stays here, good rooms and good views if you are lucky enough to get one on the front. But then unfortunately no window to open but it could be noisy. Restaurant within is ok for usual chain type food but better for unlimited breakfast. WiFi connection is poor.Rooms: 5/5
Little bit disappointed really. Rooms not cleaned during the stay. Had to ask for fresh towels, clean mugs and glasses. Staff not very welcoming. Only good thing is the location. Stayed here a number of times. Felt this maybe the last!Rooms: 2/5
Great location and room was very clean on arrival. Lovely view of Constitution Hill from our room and one of the quietest Premier Inn's I've ever stayed in!Rooms: 5/5
Parking very limited. Only three disabled spaces ,which still have to be paid for. Most rooms don't have sea views. Staff, all of the highest quality, cannot praise high enough. Rooms: Premium room not worth the extra money.
Nice modern hotel in the centre of Aberystwyth near the seafront. Room was warm and clean. Paying car park at the hotel. Staff pleasant.
