I've worked for quite a few agencies over the years, some good, some not so, PPS is head and shoulders above all of them. I have no issues at all, they're a great team.
Everytime you ring they say they’re going to call back but never do always seem like you’re bothering them whenever speaking to them and do absolutely nothing to find you work they must do the bare minimum in the office all day, rang about a job that was posted on the same day and they said oh no it’s too far for you we won’t put you forward for it when it was only a 15 minute drive from my house absolute joke of a recruitment agency
They want you to sit an a small reception area filling registration forms out, with other people in their, no space for social distancing, with no table for the paperwork work. Then they want you to download a form to book holiday, all other agencies will accept a text, they obviously think that everyone can use a computer and don't think of the pandemic that is still with us, disability of any sort mental or physical. Steps up to main door I left, will go to other agencies

Great recruitment agency. When looking for a change of career direction I contacted PPS. Since that point I have completed my class 2 licence, had driving work from the day after I signed up and now have a full time permanent job in my new chosen career. The team has been nothing but supportive and I’ve had plenty of advice from Russel in particular who has extensive experience actually working in the industry. Never had any of the agency horror stories happen to me - always been paid on time and in full, able to decline work if I have needed for doctors/personal appointments etc and no pushy tactics. 1st class experience
Signed up with these guys transportation side recently and I have to say I'm happy with the work they have given me. The work has been exactly as they described beforehand with detailed information of where to go and who to meet with regards the employer's I've driven for. Pay has been prompt and correct so no issues in this regard either. Would fully recommend, I still work with these guys to this day. Thank you for all that you've done. Rich B.
My experience was the worst experience since I came to UK. To start I don't understand why I need to do appointment to make a register. In various another agencies don't need it. I came 16 minutes late to appointment and just for that reason they were very rude and stupid. I told I think it weren't so big problem because I wasn't going to work, it just a register! But the staff put your finger on my face and spoke a lot of nonsense! After all the staff went out of office speaking to a friend ! Then he absolutely could have done my register because he wasn't busy! I didn't give reason to those people to be so rude. I strongly recommend to AVOID this agency. There are better agencies in Newcastle and Stoke.
I have dealt with numerous Agencies over the years with the underlying doubt that MY interests were the priority. I had cause to register with PPS in December and had a subsequent face to face meeting with Phil. Phil took the time to actually understand me as an individual and what my experiences were beyond what could be included in a CV - in my opinion, how things should be done in order to gain the best results for all parties involved. The role which brought me to PPS never panned out due to the employer but Phil continued to search for an appropriate position for me and Im pleased to say that after only a few weeks he has managed to secure a position with a prominent local Company with superb future prospects. I couldn't recommend PPS and Phil in particular high enough. Its tough trying to secure work and to feel like there's someone out there fighting your corner makes a world of difference. Don't make the mistake of ranking this Agency along with the 'number chasers' out there.
Used both the stoke and crewe branch and both have been very good. Fantastic communication and always been paid correctly and on time. Will be doing my ADR in the near future so will be looking for work through agency and PPS will be my first point of contact. Thank you
