I have not dealt with such a poorly organised and incompetent organisation such as this council. I thought Stoke-on-Trent council were shocking, Newcastle UL council are even worse. Due to a mistake that was made on the councils part, I have now been subject to an Attachment of Earnings. This was based on lies, incompetency and clearly a lack of education regarding the roles of the agents I spoke with. I have had an issue since December 2017 , to which I have now/am going through the complaints route, however the professionalism unfortunately does not perk up, it gets worse! I have been deliberately ignored, spoken over, refused assistance and my complaint that supposedly reached "stage 2" is been in limbo for 13 days. The council refuse to listen and they appear to like to think they are above the law and everyone else. It disgusts me that such behaviour takes place and it sickens me even more than due to their error, they believe they have the right to give me an AoE, despite them telling me to ignore any liability orders! Shocking. If I was managing such teams, especially council tax, I can firmly say that serious training and education on how to communicate with customer would take place. Shocking customer service representatives (except 2), complaints handling procedures and attitude.

Take back-handers from developers to build on the limited green spaces this town has. Disgusting attitude towards preserving said green spaces for all to use. Instead they are only interested in how much money they can receive from dodgy dealings. Save Bradwell green from disgusting London based developers.

Had to fetch my greenwaste bin from top of my street yesterday, it's about time you trained your staff

Re-cycling is very hit and miss. Bins left out all week attracting rats. All the different tubs without lids cluttering up driveways and often not collected. Rubbish blowing around or left getting soaked. Why don't we have one wheelie bin for all recycling like other parts of the borough?

Recycling hit and miss sometimes taken sometimes not and no pattern or reason I can find for this. Also if something has fallen out of the box or being blown down the street in high wind they just leave it. No care and attention paid to trying to keep areas looking nice. Attitude very much do the bare minimum.
