Awful people to deal with. Verbally abusive on the phone and ignore emails. Received a call from another guy at this company a short while ago, Symon, and again verbally abusive using extensive bad language. Horrible people. Can't answer emails, doesn't appear to be able to read, just want's to shout and swear. Avoid at all costs. The updated reply below from this company saying that we do not reply to emails is incorrect. If anyone wants to see the repeated attempts, via email, where we tried to get David Mack to respond to us with instruction as to how to proceed is welcome to email us and I will be happy to forward them on. My review has every relevance; our dealings were with this company as this was the invoice name address in the details submitted, and Symon states he is the company owner while delivering his verbal abuse. Can't comment on the quality of their goods, but people are awful.
