Absolutely terrible experience. Was refused service because they were short staffed and just couldn't handle it at that time. What a joke. Went to Cadwaladers instead and was tremendous.

Forget dinner come here for a traditional  ice cream instead go on push the boat out your so worth it. We had the fruit meringue they are gorgeous

not as tasty as Joe' s ice cream or Verdi's in Swansea, the young kids serving were polite shame the older women who seemed to be the supervisor as she was out of uniform was miserable. The ice cream was very cold and bland. Expensive at £8.00 for 2 small glasses of ice cream with a chocolate flake. Never again.
