Room: 4 Service: 5 Location:3 Staff helpful and friendly as always. Moment of magic with a free box of chocs. Thanks for that! Room was clean, only issue being no central air in the room as the panel wasn’t working. Fan was needed and was in the room without anywhere to plug it in near window. No net curtain either so couldn’t have blind open/ajar. Car Parks good, with ample parking and free of charge when validated at the reception. Plenty of holes too though so need to approach with caution. Seems like change is a foot as rooms are great but its decors pretty dated. Overall: a strong 4/5. Thanks!
No air con in the rooms, only a fan that didn’t work particularly well. Breakfast is ok, the cooked option is always cooked to order and the poached eggs were good. Just felt the potion sizes were lacking a little - I had 4 slices of mushroom one morning….. Staff were very friendly and welcoming to all but it seems that the restaurant which had been open to the general public is now only available to guests of the hotel and prices have gone up considerably and the amount of staff has gone down!
This Premier Inn is one of the nicest I've stayed at recently, it does seem like it's been refurbished not long ago. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was spotless. A nice powerful shower and glass sliding door meaning the floor doesn't get drowned in water like Premier Inns of old. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking can be difficult close to the hotel but is available outside the neighboring restaurant.
Basic Premier Inn standards met but the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. Fire doors propped open, room not cleaned when requested, poor food at the onsite hotel. Staff knowledge weak. Lots of Premier Inn support needed to bring this up to standard!Rooms: 2/5
Part of the Premier Inn chain, so everything is as you would expect. Comfortable bed. Large LCD TV. Quiet but a bit of road noise at the front if the window is open. Rooms: Large comfortable bed Nearby activities: Manchester Airpirt 20 minutes away Food & drinks: Brewers Fayre next door
Used this hotel on a number of occasions, the rooms are always very clean, staff are excellent, especially, Alison, Ricardo and Errol, the reception staff, they always make you feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble. Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn and will stay there again. Food & drinks: The pub next door does a great Premier Inn breakfast.
Useful hotel near to Manchester airport. Team were friendly. Mind the ridiculously large craters that fill the car park otherwise you could loose an axel or a child.Rooms: 5/5
Roo.s way over priced looks nicer from. The outside I asked reception for price for one night nearly 100 pounds rooms not event that grate needs better price planing Rooms: Standard
