Location perfect for parents of graduating students as very close to Guildhall and St Andrews. Also a nice walk up to the hoe and around Barbican. Meal deal very good value. We had burgers and fish and chips both decent. Communal areas have seen better days but rooms clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast is as expected for this chain. Staff lovely - Lily Nicola and Justina very welcoming and friendly
Standard premier inn, the room was lovely.nThe shower was fantastic and highly powered. The let down was dinner.. The Christmas food was advertised but couldn't have it, as the ingredients hadn't been delivered. Also, went to have a dessert but a lot of the choices not available. My starter of which was calamari, was very nice. My main was chicken smothered in cheese, with bacon, salad with chips.
I stayed at Premier Inn derrys cross on my own as a temporary stop gap between accommodations in September this year for almost a month.nnAlways clean, with friendly welcoming staff who were always at hand to deal with any issue or concerns I may of had.nnI was over the moon with my whole stay and would stay again at the drop of a hat. I would personally like to thank the young night worker Mash, who was particularly helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my stay.nnCheers Mash, Leo, Miranda, and last but not least Ryan. Last but certainly not least Magda really always make my day with her awesome smile and lovely way
Had a lovely continental buffet breakfast at Premier Inn Derry cross Plymouth . Food is delicious. Unlimited coffee, tea and juices. Staff is very friendly. Miranda looked after us very well. We will definitely go there again.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. The self-check in experience is smooth and straightforward. The buffet breakfast is good value for money and is okay. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful.nnHowever, I would not stay here again because none of the bedroom windows can be opened. During my stay, there was a lack of fresh air. The corridor near the lifts smelt mouldy as did the bathroom in the room. It felt hot and stuffy at night, despite the air conditioning.
