I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn in Peterborough City Centre. The location is perfect – close to everything I needed and easy to get to. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn.nnWhat really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Lina, Peter, Laura and Dalyal were absolutely brilliant throughout my stay. Friendly, professional, and always happy to help – they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.nnHighly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Thanks again to the team for making my visit so pleasant!
I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but the Premier Inn in Peterborough City Centre truly feels like a second home to me. From the moment you step through the door, the staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and eager to help in any situation.nnOne member of staff in particular, Lina, always goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is nothing short of excellent. She is incredibly attentive, professional, and kind—every time I see her, she makes me feel genuinely looked after. Her presence really enhances the entire experience.nnThe hotel itself is always spotless, with a fresh and pleasant scent throughout. Whether I’m staying for just one night or a couple, I always look forward to my visit. It’s a real pleasure to stay here, and the outstanding service makes all the difference.nnHighly recommended!
What an amazing experience from start to finish the lady that checked us in Kate was amazing went above and beyond her customer skills are invaluable and an asset to the company she helped store my luggage away due to arriving early and started the whole experience of this hotel as one to remember, exceeded my expectations, no job was too big for her and checked in with ease.nnRoom: Was so comfortable always finding hidden gems from a hair dryer to the mini fridge with water and chocolates fancier and more luxurious then I ever could imagine, bed was amazingly comfortable would go as far to say that was the best night sleep I have ever had.nnBreakfast: There was so much to choose from from hot food to cold and even continental foodnnThis by far has definitely been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed innnCredit to Kate for her outstanding customer service skills, I will definitely be back again
Reception we had was exceptional. Staff really welcoming throughout our stay. I always think a good hotel supplies great towels. This hotel was no exception. Possibly only problem was expensive parking.
Not the greatest hotel or premier inn experience.nnGot messed around with the room a bit, awful nights sleep, bed made sound every time I turned and I'm not even that heavy. Could hear neighbours, paper thin walls.nnThe staff that worked were incredible, very helpful and friendly. They could no solve my issues but they didnt everything possible to make up for it.nnOne thing I will say is, as much as the staff were great, there could of been more. 1 person in the kitchen in the evening, one on the bar and one on reception plus running food. This is not fair on the staff or the guests. I waited 1 hour for my food as did other customers I noticed. It was very uncomfortable to watch the staff tirelessly trying to keep on top of service. Coming from a hospitality background, I can only assume this is a area manager or operations decision to cut cost, but to the detriment of service.nnThe staff are the only reason I will not give my experience 1 star.
