I can’t thank the staff at Premier Inn Malvern enough. After an interesting couple of years dealing with challenging situations , as a local to Premier I walked in, asked for a room with a bath and the lady on duty was so welcoming, no questions asked and did everything she could to accommodate. The room is large , warm, bath was great , bed extremely comfy , fantastic price , I will definitely come back, yes, I’m local but sometimes , self care is paramount and Premier Inn Malvern delivered all I needed . The staff are so friendly, helpful without being intrusive. Will definitely come back again for a bit of me time . Thank you so much for giving me exactly what I needed . I can’t comment on the food as didn’t have a meal…. But Dave …. Your hair rocks dude !!
Rooms a bit dated, but comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner, a sticky mark around the toilet, soap scummy marks on the tiles, mould in the shower head nozels and the sink plug was beyond disgusting.nPoor sound proofing between rooms, could hear my “neighbour” snoring like a freight train and the room above me sounded like a herd of elephants.nHowever the staff couldn’t have been more polite and over helpful, when I was struggling to get a taxi in to the town centre, and I was very grateful for their kind suggestions.
Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Only slightly negative comment was that it all feels a little tired.
We stayed at the Malvern inn on our visit to the Morgan factory experience. A wonderful stay for a few days. Our disabled room was amazing and so we're the staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a small restaurant. Lovely surroundings although a trading estate,green and spacious and easy parking.
Great room and a nice fresh restaurant area for breakfast and evening meal.nnMy wife is coeliac so needs gluten free and yet again the service, choice, and attention to detail of Premier Inn to this, including the Thyme restaurant puts to shame much more expensive hotels.nnThe staff are very professional, quietly attentive and a delight.nnWe enjoyed our freshly cooked breakfast and our evening meal.nnA great stay. Great value. Great staff.
