Clean and comfy hotel, very good value. A short drive from Great Malvern which is lovely to explore. The hotel is opposite a retail park , including a Morrison's with a cafe if you need to eat on a budget.

Hotel staff very helpful especially Margie Lloyd and Kally ! Booking centre appalling, I had changed a booking, that they confirmed, to disabled accessible room plus early check in !!! No accessible room free and hotel could not check us in early. The staff were great and did their best but the room was very uncomfortable as my partner uses a wheelchair and using the rooms facilities were very difficult, very little sleep the first night. The second night we had an accessible room and much much better. So many thanks to the hotel staff as they did their best but awful service from the booking centre as I was lied to shamefully. Well done Malvern

Can't fault anything or anyone . Lovely welcoming staff, couldn't do enough for their guests. Food excellent. Rooms spotlessly clean. Maybe a few more tea/coffee, but that's only because I like my hot beverages. Well done staff.

The hotel was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented. It was what we expect from a premier Inn. Not somewhere to get excited about but it does the expected job quite well

Nice basic hotel, good beds and a nice simpel breakfast. If you search for a good night sleep this hotel is perfect. It is only situated on a business area so there is no easy access to a nice restaurant on walking distance
