I ordered a sandwich and had to wait 45 minutes for it. The staff said they were busy! Why not employ more people during busy periods?nThere was rubbish on most of the tables, the floor was dirty with food and the bins overflowing.nNot a good experience!!nI will not be visiting again.
Such slow service. Food is never hot just lukey warm. They focus on deliveries and you have to wait over a hour for food.
I’ve never waited so long for a McDonald’s. Stood waiting for it for 30 minutes for one burger. Wish I never bothered. They prioritise the delivery orders over the customers in-store.
Over the past six months, I’ve placed five separate orders and every single one has had an issue — missing items, wrong items, or even receiving someone else’s order. Very disappointing consistency. Would strongly advise not using delivery — be warned.
Terrible today at 11:30am, no table service and about 30 people waiting by the counter for orders, 2 people asked for money back because it was taking so long, multiple people asking where’s my food, lots of delivery drivers all standing along the counter getting in customers way, I said to the manager why are all these drivers standing at the counter in everyone’s way to which the manager just gave me a blank stare, couldn’t give a toss basically. The servers were all concentrating on the delivery orders and leaving the food for in store customers to just back up!! Finally got my food after 15 minutes of waiting and it was cold!!
