I booked a room for after an event with friends - the event lasted until early morning and we made it to the hotel at early morning, however when we got there we were greeted by night shift called Aston or Harry, and they helped us check in and gave us some water and snacks at the bar, very good service, I didn’t know you could get this late at the hotelnComfy beds, good staff, very good breakfast with lots of dietary options. Not in centre of town, but walk is short from car parknn5 stars
Everything was good. Had no real complaints. Rooms clean and Staff helpful, parking is minimal but there is a open air p&d carpark right next door and a multistory p&d across the way but factor in those cost when looking for somewhere to stay. There are some great eateries around, shout out to Boo. Fantastic Burger.
Great stay, couldn’t have been better. Of course it could have been, for example if Mary Poppins was there or they handed £500 as I walked through the door but it was as brilliant as they could make it within the restraints of good business decisions and reality The towels were folded magnificently.
A very terrible stay. The noise from upstairs continued to the point where it was impossible to sleep. I called the front desk, but they never answered the phone. When I reported the problem in person, they didn't provide any solution. Instead, their service attitude was awful, saying that I shouldn't be reporting the problem.nnAttached the video record at 1am.
We stayed for one night whilst visiting family. All staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean. The hotel itself is well positioned for travel connections but also local amenities
