Amazing staff, great sense of humour, really helpful with my back problems and it was not a problem to offer additional help such as extra pillows which I really respected as I usually never have enough to help prop myself up for sleeping which helps to diminish my pains the following day. The food was always great and I always wanted to eat more Thank you Tarbock for a great first time in your hotel while we did training for our company.

Staff very welcoming, helpful, attentive, Rooms lovely and clean. One big Bed if your a Couple, but if not there is a Couch. I think there should be Twin Beds, I was very disappointed. Breakfast was lovely

Good place to stay. Fast access to M57 and M62 and despite proximity to motorways this is a quiet location. The room was a standard premier inn layout with a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, largish TV and enough socket outlets to charge phones and power laptops.

I have stayed at a couple of hotels over the years visiting my mother .. but ive always found myself going back to the premier inn at chapel brook over the last three years as i have always found the staff there so warm snd welcomeing each time i stay.. I enjoy the solitary silence there . Though there is a good brewers fare restaurant attached that makes dineing there easy as no driveing .. The times i have eaten at the brewers fare i have got to know the manager .. Hannah and her very welcoming staff that are always accommodating .. I will allways stay and eat there due to the welcoming people there
