steak cooked but drenched in salt with 50% pure fat. soup well....balsamic drizzle with a touch of soup. sorbet????? pepper overdone and choice language could be heard from chef. no atmosphere......what more can i say....On plus side the two YOUNG people serving were polite and friendly I salute them.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet location. Ideal for a short stay of two or three nights. Although the rate is room only, the optional breakfast still makes a stay here economically competitive. Breakfast is served in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant, and all cooked breakfasts are made to order. Back in the room, the only thing we found that was a little irritating was the noisy bathroom fan! Fortunately we found a switch on the wall at arm's height to keep the fan off, for example at night time! The room could do with a box of bathroom tissues, hand towels and an additional straight back chair for when there are two people sharing a room. These are minor mentions and are simply suggestiins for the hotel to consider. Otherwise all good, we would have no problems recommending this Premier Inn to others.

Stayed here 4 or 5 times now. Apart from a fire alarm at 4am once I have no complaints.

Staff are always friendly and attentive. Lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is nice, always warm, but a bit expensive.
