Terrible experience. The food arrived late and everything was completely cold by the time we got it. To make matters worse, we ordered four full meals burgers, fries, and drinks but they only threw in two tiny sauce pots for the entire order. Late, cold, and missing items—definitely won't be ordering from here again.
The experience I have had in this restaurant is always 5nnWe placed a large order for a school class and requested it to be available for a specific time & date, everything was spot on. When I picked up the order all managers were all so helpful, helped me out to my car with the order and all so helpful.nnWell done McDonalds, happy children all round
Very disappointing drive-through experience today. First, I was given the wrong drink at the collection window, which had to be corrected. After getting home, I then discovered both fries were missing from the order completely.nnI called the branch and spoke to someone named Keren, but he made no effort to resolve the issue. He didn’t check the order details, ask for the receipt, or try to help in any way. I was simply told to either drive back for the fries or complain through the app.nnMistakes can happen, but poor customer service and lack of care made the experience even more frustrating.
The food was exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's, consistent and familiar. What stood out was the friendly and efficient service, which made for a pleasant experience.
Absolutely disgusting!! Took our burger back twice. It was cold looked grey bacon hardly cooked ans cheese slices thrown on. Yet in the picture its showing you a lovely juicy burger with crisp bacon and melted cheese running down the sides. Talk about faulse advertising!! The lady who brought our second disgusting burger out... slammed the tray down on the table with a face like she was ready to erupt!! They whole experience was awful ans we had looked forward to to our double mac. Well never again!!nI had to give you one star, to be honest wish there was an option with no stars.
