Amazing staff, amazing food, comfortable modern clean well kept rooms. Super happy with our stay!nOutside could do with a fresh lick of paint but I guess that's just the sea air.
From the beginning the reception Isabel was amazing very welcoming I was checked in right away.nnI was running late for dinner staff went over and beyond for me.nnI work up and down the country for a large company with many other engineers I fully recommend this hotel to the company director to make sure we all use this hotel again.nnThanks again Isabella
Great location for the hotel right on the sea front with fantastic views if you are in a front facing room. Tea/coffee making facilities, although as with every hotel they never give you enough milk and there are no biscuits. The hotel reception does have a vending machine though for snacks and soft drinks. Parking is good for all car visitors but don't park your car under the tree area as it is a favourite place for seagulls to perch and your car will be heavily fouled with bird poo.nGood location, short walking distance to town centre pubs and restaurants or just eat at the hotel as they do evening meals and breakfast.
We were pleasantly surprised on reaching the inn. The location was perfect and although the outside appearance was a bit in need of sprucing the inside was clean, warm and welcoming. A smaller venue with friendly and helpful staff. Food was hot and tasty. Highly recommended.
I was very impressed, I always think Premier Inns are good value but this one was better than most. Although No Premier Inns have enough staff, the staff here, although busy, bent over backwards to be helpful. The room was clean and excellent, I love the power shower! We upgraded to the Premier room, overlooking the seafront brilliant location which wasn’t that much extra in price, but certainly worth it and made it a special weekend away.nThe meal deal was certainly good value for money, all you can eat breakfast which was excellent and a good evening menu including a drink. Some other Premier Inns have a very limited menu. There was a nice well stocked bar first time I’ve seen one in these hotels, they even did cocktails, would have been nice if they did real ale!nI will probably be back
