I think they need to improve their system. Why cant these places just serve people properly. Definitely not an improvement on the old straightforward system of one to one service.

Pretty busy with it being good Friday, queues were kept to a minimum. Good effort. Food was good as always with McDonald's

McDonald's ? Hmmm I've had good and bad experiences here at different locations. The worst I had was when I got a burger and the sauce mustard and fillings were basically not existent it looked like it was put on then scrapped back off, this was quite a few times at different restaurants, the one time when I took it back and complained they basically slapped it on and sauce mustard and fillings everywhere which was a joke. There not good at taking complaints. Also you really need to watch for some McDonald's as there sending fines through your door if you park for any longer than 90 mins, so waiting for friends or having meetings or even a long lunch is out the question unless you want to pay 50 quid. I was 94 mins and got a fine as I never seen signs or knew this was in place. I think this is absolutely diabolical they can treat customers like this. But that's only in certain areas so watch out.
