Visiting with work. The location is excellent given it is near to the train station and 10 minutes away from the centre.nThe staff are really friendly and helpful.nThe rooms in comparison to the ones at Bromley premier inn are a lot more dated. They are all too warm three out of three with the air con going off on a timer so it is too warm all the time.nThere aren’t enough sockets in the room, especially next to the bed.
I stayed over night as my graduation was being held in Chelmsford. The hotel is close to the station, it's close to Chelmsford cathedral and there are shops and restaurants close by. The staff were all every helpful, my room was clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable which is the case with all premier inn's I've stayed in so far lol.
Lower quality than other premier inns. We found a half eaten apple on the floor left by a previous guest so it seemed like the room wasn't cleaned properly before we checked in.
Really liked this place.nnOur shower was excellent which really made the stay pleasant. Always love the hot breakfast in Premier Inn.nnStaff fantastic as usual.nnThank You
