Travelling around the UK, I've been to plenty of Premier inns. Some are way better then others. But that's another story. What I will talk about today is the Premier Inn located in the center of Bury St Edmunds.nI've been staying two nights a week for almost three months on business, each time in different rooms. The staff and manager are really helpful, professional and polite. The huge thing that stands out to me is how clean everything is. Normally I would find dust around the hair dryer, soap scum around the dispenser amongst other things. But not at this Premier inn. It was is constantly clean.nIn the restaurant, the evening meal was exception, cooked by the chief they call Gregg and the breakfast was a great way to start my day.nThere's been a lot of negative changes at Premier inn over the last few years. But this one still holds true to the quality service that we know and love.
The Premier Inn rooms are all mire or less standard.nBut this PI is based in the centre of town. It has car parking spaces available, which you pay for, understandably. It is based a 10 minute walk from everything in the centre, walk past the cathedral.nLovely team there. Always really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
Close to the city centre, with good payable parking. This premier inn is one of the better ones ive stayed in in recent times. Everything worked in the room, it was clean . Breakfast was great and although you can get alcohol in the evening , nothing is on draft which is a let down. Overall very good
Great Premier Inn in a good location for exploring Bury St Edmunds. Room was good with both a shower and a bath. Check in was quick and room was clean and had everything needed. Overall very happy with my stay here
Great location and rooms are clean. I had an awful night with the landing door outside my room banging every time people went through. Why can't Premier Inn install soft close doors in bedroom areas. £100 for that - never again. No wonder they got rid of the good night guarantee.
