Recovering from stroke like illness.. but had to be here for work. Couldn't go to restaurant next door as felt too weak physically at the time to get changed and go out after I had my evening nap. The hotel doesn't do room service but there is a restaurant right next door.. But they were happy to get the restaurant next door to deliver the meal to the hotel and the receptionist was a lovely women. Room great and bathroom immaculate. Could do with a bottle of water in the room and a phone to call down to reception would be handy. But apart from that room has everything you need- splendid.

Clean and tidy. Good food! Friendly staff and good location beside shops etc.

Had a great meal here, service exceptional, choice of food very good. I had vegetarian which was really nice.

Nice clean comfortable hotel, staff are good and helpful, foods nice and reasonable priced, only bad point is sometimes there isn't many beers available.

Had a single overnight stay in a family room with my wife and two children. The room was very clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and even corrected a mixup over the prepayment for our meals with no fuss. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this Premier Inn.
