Worst customer service you could imagine, rude aggressive staff, unhelpful, disgraceful behaviour towards customers. Most customers are either foreigners or elderly hence they do not leave reviews. This is by far the worst shop I've ever been to. NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN
Slow service old guy to slow can be rude at times no please or thank you just dump stuff on the bag squashing half the items
Absolutely bad customer service. The shop keeper is rude, especially the older gentleman, he should not be in the store as he doesn't have any manners to any one of colour. They throw your receipt down on the coun ter and drop your change into your hand. I for one try to avoid this shop has much as possible.
I have never seen such a poor customer service anywhere else.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 I WOULD THE MAN IS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY 2 SIBLINGS WE WERE BUYING SWEETS AND HE TOLD US TO HURRY UP ?? WE WAS ONLY IN THERE FOR 2 MINUTE PLUS WE DIDNT KNOW THE PRICE FOR ANYTHING AND HE RAISED OUR PRICES HIGH.
UNCLEAN I found mouse droppings in the corner at the end of one of the aisles. I think the owners are just sad that they work there.Very rude staff probably the worst I've seen. Most of the products are out of date anyways so it's not worth even going in.
Everything is overpriced! They sell out of date items. Customer Service is poor and they are very slow, the old guy with the turban needs to retire
