Needed to buy a van without being able to get to the garage and actually test drive. Sales was great fast and easy to complete. Van was delivered to my home address for a reasonable fee. A few small faults with the vehicle, spare tyre was split, internal lights don't work, DAB radio doesn't work, rear door sensors had been discounted and the central locking didn't work as a result. Also the front 2 tyres were badly worn and had to be replaced immediately. Small faults but ones I would expect to have been sorted before being sent out to a customer. Over all happy with the van but if I buy another van from here I'll not do it without a though test drive and good look at the vehicle. Unfortunately I wasn't in a position to this time around. In summary sales service was great but quality control in the garage could be better.
I agreed a price to buy a van and was told it would have a comprehensive inspection before being sold. On this basis i paid a £500 deposit and turned up to collect. However, the van had a large hole in the roof, the floor was split and buckling under just my weight, the exhaust was knocking against the chassis, the spare tyre was almost bald and the air intake under the bonnet was full of dirt. I turned the vehicle down on this basis as not being as described but was told they would not refund my deposit. Not a happy customer.
I would not trust this place, he passed my account details to RAC without my permission so he could earn the bonus. Also just realized that finance is on my personal name instead of a company. It was a merc sprinter with new recovery bed, which I have to bring back to him for repairs because bed was falling apart.
I needed to buy a van for work on short notice and Cheshire Van Sales helped me get it all sorted within 24 hours. They were friendly and professional and I was happy with the price
professional helpful staff, no pressure from the sales team, happy with everything, would highly recommend!
