This place does not believe in customer service and hygiene is non existent. They just want people in and out as soon as possible. I have used this place a couple of times. But have decided not to use it again. Probably the worst salon I have been to in my 40 years of waxing. I owner of the salon obviously does not care whether the business is a success or not. It is only a matter of time it fails completely. Prices advertised on website is not what they charge either!!!Service:&nbsp;Waxing

This place should be closed down. My daughters eyes are both swollen and has blurry vision. She did not wash her hands, the hygiene is atrocious. Overall no stars whatsoever. Thank you.

If i could give this place no stars I would. I've been to Preetis several times to get my eyebrows threaded and have never had an issue hence the repeat visit. On this occasion however I even felt like the beautician who was threading eyebrows was being very rough and using the scissors quite abit I have thin haphazard eyebrows,  they never need that much trimming so something didn't feel right. When I was asked to check in the mirror I was horrified to see not only had my eyebrows been reduced in size when all I asked was for a tidy up, but one was significantly thinner than the other. When I complained the two "beauticians" had the audacity to tell me it was in my head. My eyebrows are not only alot thinner than they have ever been but they don't even look the same. Will not be going here again and sticking to getting my eyebrows waxed in future, if they ever grow out.6

Went here to get my eye brows done and the women was so so rude . very poor customer service she was so moody she had no patience what so ever honestly very disappointed if I could give this place zero stars I would . they’re also very racist do not recommend!!!Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Preeti's beauty is the only place I come to get my waxing done! I'm from London and come to Preeti's every time I visit Birmingham. Her prices are amazing and affordable and she is always quick, making it very convenient for me! Definately recommend this place!
