Donna is amazing. She does everything she can to make sure you are happy and get the dress you want. She listens and takes so much care  and nothing is too much trouble for her. The boutique is small and friendly and you get a personal service that is not possible in a larger, more commercial pace. I cannot recommend her highly enough - You will not regret going to Precious Bridal.

Precious Bridal is the most amazing Bridal shop I have ever been to!  Donna is the most loveliest person I have ever met! ❤️

I have always come to Precious for Prom dresses as I compete a lot in world wide pageants! Donna knows me and my size to a tee as well as what I love! SPARKLE!✨✨

I swear by going back to Donna and I will always continue to do so!

From the first wedding fair I went to to picking up my dress the day before the wedding, Donna was amazing. Helpful, friendly, kind and personable. She really made the whole experience amazing and I am so glad I chose my dream dress from her. She has so many styles of dress to chose from it shows that she caters for everyone's taste and the shop was beautifully presented! All round anexcellent experience, thank you for being so great!x X x

Avoid like a plague! Initially nice service deceiving. Beautiful wedding dress ruined and resulted in having to order cheap new dress just two days before travelling for the wedding (and pray it would fit or having to go to my own wedding in jeans and t-shirt). Nearly took to court (as solicitors said had good case), but fell pregant and had no energy to deal with it. Especially as shopping with Precious Bridal already wasted so much time and energy that absolutely no amount of money would be able to recompensate for it. A word "sorry" from them would have done more but just received lies and accussasions in response to my complaint.
