Absolutely fantastic service over the Christmas period. Despite being packed to the gills, the young blonde assistant I think she was the daughter? was fantastic in her manner and attention to detail. I needed to purchase some clothing for my sister for Christmas, and the service just excelled. Top class attention to detail, and just perfect customer service. My euphoria was immeasurable, and my mood is still elated. Can't wait to to come back! P.S. my home-girl, looooooooooved the jacket.

Hi .I have recently travelled from teesside to Dorothy annes to purchase my favourite slippers gumbies.I must say how nice and friendly all the staff were to me I think anne the owner bent over backwards to help me.so I will definitely be back there to shop again. Top place thanks.
