Do not use... if you do make a small scrape using one of their removal vans, they will rip your arse out for it!!! What they also do not do at the beginning is offer/tell you about a £15 additional fee that you can pay which significantly reduces the amount you are due to pay back should there be any mishaps. We found out about this subsequently. This is purely so they can purposely charge the earth for it and they also call you a liar when you tell them that their incompetent member of staff did not offer this, however any sensible person would pay it. All 3 members of staff that we dealt with were extremely rude. They are in the business of scamming. If you are going to rent a van, rent it from a bigger company... one that isn't going to be chasing you for every penny you have if there is a scrape. As this company is only a small franchise they're obviously trying to get what they can out of you... bearing in mind that they have a garage round the back that fixes up their vans on the cheap!!!

Great Service, Really helpful Staff.  I hired a van over the weekend to move house and got it on their special weekend rate price.  Very pleased, will use again.

Would highly recommend this company for vehicle hire, great customer service, lovely van to drive, up to date and very clean.  Wouldn't look anywhere else.
