I discovered Helios in 1992 and over the past 32 years their staff and products have been exemplary. I have been a customer at  both their Covent Garden and Tunbridge Wells shops plus use their order phone line frequently - always finding exactly what I need usually after expert advice from their team.  Too many people write reviews when they need to complain. This is to say thank you for 32 years of extraordinary service.

Usually good staff, but I’m changing my rating because a member of staff literally took my place while I was checking items, and I had to stand on the side and reach to those items to check them out, then continued to ignored me while arranging some stock for 5 mins after I already asked to get some items while there were no one in the store so she wasn’t busy AT ALL. Really weird! So disrespectful, and in my opinion probably racist.

Big thank you Helios London... my remedies just arrived nicely packed and only ordered yesterday afternoon Can get straight into feeling better! and thank you for the care and advice .. much appreciated..

One of my favourite homeopathic remedies pharmacy in the world.  Remember you not allowed to use your phone there.  The staff is really friendly and certified, welcoming and pilate.  They have so many options and categories like: Skin Care Herbal Products Essences Nutritional Supplements Essential Oils Hair Care Creams Pregnancy & Feminine Care  All this and they do their own stuff. Love this place

Popped in while visiting London recently to stock up on some remedies. Spoke with one of the staff, who was Irish. She was very friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful.
