Avoid these company as their promised warranty is worthless. No aftersales, requested to purchase a replacement faulty LED driver for a unit which failed under warranty period, didn't want hassle of warranty claim so happy to buy. The faulty component would be a few pounds but would not sell me, instead offer me 10% off a complete new product costing hundreds. Not conscious of environment waste or UK right to repair rules. Company would not honour warranty as made excuse the brand name DiamondX Collection they bought and not honouring any warranty insurance. They trade under different names Illuminated Mirrors / South West Lighting Limited
This is an excellent company very well focused on providing great customer service and quality products.
